Performances at Sheslow Auditorium, Caspe Terrace, Des Moines Social Club.  Music of Dvorak, Beethoven, Bruch, Shostakovick Prokofiev, Phillip Glass, and Haydn.  With Anna Reider, Helen Hwaya Kim, Arie Sch├Ąchter, Lei Weng, Ho Anthony Ahn and Ashley Sandor Sidon.  

 

September 28, 2015  Summer Music, Iowa State University, Mary Ellen TYE  Recital Hall, 

Sarahal for 2 violins and live electronics - written for Sarah by Mari Kimura (2013).  With Reuben Kebede.

Charles Nichols' Il Prete Rosso for violin, interactive electronics and motion sensor at the Society for Composers INc. Conference.

 

NOvember 24, 2015.  Parameters of Sound, University of Wisconsin Whitewater

Solo recital of new music for violin alone and violin with electronics.  Featuring a premiere from Eric Lyon and music of Jeff Herriot, Mari Takano, Mark Engebretson, Kurt Rohde and Sidney Corbett.

 

January 13, 14, 15 tour of twin cities Schools

Plum is bringing a brand new outreach program to Stillwater, St. Paul, Irondale and Minneapolis schools. She uses a portable sound system, starts with Bach and ends with Mark Engebretson's Rock Star for Violin and live electronics, on the way also playing music of Bartok, Sidney Corbett and Mari Takano.  Future performances are planned in Sioux City, Iowa City, Minneapolis and Roseville.

 

February 11,  2016.  Society for electroacoustic music in the united states (SEAMUS) national  conference, Georgia southern  University. 

Emma Kelly Theater, 7:30 pm.  The13th performance of Charles Nichols' Il Prete Rosso since its premiere at the 3rd Practice Festival in November of 2014!

February 29th Twin Cities Tour Continues with performances at Roseville and Minneapolis Southwest High Schools

 

April 1, Violin Duo Recital with Annamae Goldstein, Sheslow Auditorium, Drake University 7:30 pm.  Annamae Goldstein of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra joins Plum for a premiere of a duo written for Plum by Mari Takano, as well as music from Mari Kimura, Eve Beglarian, Prokofiev, Bartok and Bach.

 

April 2, Stringfest 2016

July 2-15  Festival et Academie Zodiaque, valdeblore, alp- maritime, France

Plum is returning for the 4th summer to the Zodiac Festival where she teaches, gives master classes and performs chamber music with faculty.

 

September 24-27  Fifth  international Canakkale Biennial,  Canakkale, Turkey  Mekor Hayim Synagogue Project Plum has been invited to take part in this noted Turkish Festival where she will be performing music of Bach and the premiere of a piece written for her by Sidney Corbett, based on Bach's 2nd Sonata in a minor for solo violin.
